CASE PACKS: Products may be ordered in case packs of 6 units/case. ORDERING: Only registered Wholesale account holders may access wholesale catalogs and purchasing. ORDER PROCESSING: Wholesale orders are processed within 7-10 business days of being placed through this site or with a Sales team member. Oftentimes, orders are processed much sooner than 7 business days. SHIPPING COSTS: Shipping costs are calculated based upon the DIM weight or product weight of the shipment, whichever is greater, and are provided directly by the USPS and UPS. Local deliveries in the greater Chicago area are charged at a rate of $10 per delivery. Magdalene House Chicago reserves the right to increase the local delivery cost. CLAIMS: Please inspect your order upon arrival. Claims must be made within 5 business days upon receipt of shipment. PRODUCT SHELF-LIFE: Magdalene House Chicago only guarantees are products for 1 calendar year from the date it was shipped. Magdalene House Chicago cannot guarantee product that has been re-sold. Once a customer has purchased, the responsibility falls on the retailers to refund or replace.
