-
Advocacy
The complex issue of human trafficking is linked to a complacent society. Complacency is when one is willing to tolerate the treatment of our sisters, either by buying into the myths that they choose that life, that things will change without action, or simply ignoring the hard truths that people are trafficked daily and need and deserve our support.
-
Magdalene Congregations and Organizations
Magdalene Congregations and Organizations (MCOs) are groups, organizations or congregations who have pledged to stand in solidarity with women survivors of sex trafficking, prostitution, and addiction by investing their time, relationships, and financial resources to support Magdalene House Chicago, Inc. Each community helps to extend MHC’s local reach, serving as a beacon of safety and hope, and cultivating a welcoming, inclusive community, where women survivors can feel comfortable and safe.
